All our products are baked fresh daily. We guarantee the freshness and quality of every item that leaves our bakery. If you receive a product that does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us immediately.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Please ensure products are stored properly according to our care instructions.

We accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged or spoiled
• Incorrect item was delivered
• Quality issues due to our error
• Product color may vary Slightly as images are visual representation only .

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the issue
• Our team will review your request within 2 business hours
• If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions
• Keep the product in its original packaging until pickup

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized cakes and pastries
• Products consumed or partially consumed
• Items not stored according to care instructions
• Products returned after 24 hours without prior approval

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Store credit can be issued immediately upon request
• Replacement products can be arranged for same-day or next-day delivery
